NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT

All creditors and other interested parties take notice that TOWN OF LUSK has accepted as completed according to the plans, specifications and rules set forth in the contract for the following project LUSK 3rd STREET SURFACING IMPROVEMENT completed by STC CONSTRUCTION, CO., INC. and their subcontractors.

Upon the Forty-first (41) day after the first publication of this notice, which is the JANUARY 30th, 2024. The Owner will pay to the contractor(s) the full amount due under the contract barring all receipts of lien waivers are received. Nothing in this notice shall be construed as relieving the Contractor and Sureties on its bond from any claim or claims for the work or labor done, materials or supplies furnished in the execution of the Agreement. Any person, agency, corporation, or other entity having claims for labor and materials furnished to the Contractor from this project shall present a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of the same TOWN OF LUSK prior to the day specified for final payment. Failure on the part of the claimant to file such statement will relieve STC CONSTRUCTION, CO., INC. from any and all liability on such claim.
