INVITATION FOR BIDS
TOWN OF LUSK
The Town of Lusk is seeking sealed bids for a cash lease for haying at the Lusk Municipal Airport. The property is located at 4369 US HWY 20. Legal description of property – 32-36 SEC 10 Part of SW; SEC 14 Part of W2; SEC 15 Part of NW. It is approximately 200 acres. The terms of the lease include but are not limited to: Hay must be removed from the leased property within one week after bailing. Lease is subject to the terms of existing leases.
Sealed bids will be received at the Lusk Town Hall, 201 East 3rd St, PO Box 390, Lusk, WY 82225 until 3:00 P.M. prevailing time, February 23, 2024, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Please mark the outside envelope with “Bid for Airport Haying Lease ”.
If any parties have questions, or would like to inspect the property, contact Lusk Town Hall at 307-334-3612. The Town of Lusk reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
