Notice is hereby given that the Niobrara County has accepted the work as completed according to the plans and specifications and rules set forth in the contract between the Niobrara County and Pine Bluffs Gravel, pursuant to the “2023 Road Rehabilitation” Project Manual and that Pine Bluffs Gravel is entitled to final settlement therefor. On or after the 11th day of July, 2023, being the forty-first day after the first publication of this Notice, the Niobrara County will pay to Pine Bluffs Gravel the full amount due under said contract.
