ORDINANCE NO. 11-15-410
An Ordinance Amending Existing ordinance No. 11-15-410, Which Establishes Amended Sewer Rates to Consumers Utilizing the Sewer System of the Town of Lusk.
Be it ordained by the governing body of the Town of Lusk, Wyoming:
Section One: That subsection (b) of Ordinance 11-15-410 of the “Municipal Code of Lusk,” 2004, as amended, is now further amended, and adopted to read as follows:
(b) Effective Rates: Each consumer shall be charged sewer rates as follows:
(1) Residential Monthly Rate Schedule:
Customer Charge =$23.50 plus: Usage Charge @ $1.00 for each 1,000 gallons of water over 5,000 gallons per month. Minimum Bill = The customer charge
(2) Commercial Monthly Rate Schedule:
Customer Charge = $24.85 plus: Usage Charge @ $1.00
for each 1,000 gallons of water over 6,000 gallons per month. Minimum Monthly Bill = The customer charge.
(3) Institutional Monthly Rate Schedule:
Customer Charge = $507.34 plus: Usage Charge @ $1.00 for each 1,000 gallons of water over 209,000 gallons per month. Minimum Bill = The customer charge.
(4) Others:
Niobrara Park Addition Monthly Rate Schedule:
Customer Charge = $27.22 plus: Usage Charge = $1.00 for each 1,000 gallons of water
over 5,000 gallons per month. Minimum Bill = The customer charge.
(5) From and after fiscal year 2022 a 2% increase will be added annually to all accounts until otherwise ordained by the governing body of the Town of Lusk.
Section Two: All the other provisions of Ordinance No. 11-15-410 not specifically amended hereby shall remain in full force and effect.
The Third and Final reading of this Ordinance will be at the July 5, 2022 Council Meeting.
