TO ALL POTENTIAL BENEFICIARIES OF WRONGFUL DEATH ACTION:
Pursuant to Wyo. Stat. § 1-38-105, please take notice that an action to appoint Patricia A. Eaton as the wrongful death representative of Michael L. Eaton has been instituted and that any person claiming to qualify under Wyo. Stat. § 1-38-104(a) may intervene as a matter of right. In appointing the wrongful death representative, the court shall determine the person who will best represent the interests of the potential beneficiaries of the action as a whole.
Within 60 days after appointment, the wrongful death representative shall file with the court a report listing all reasonably ascertainable beneficiaries. The report shall set forth all reasonable efforts made by the wrongful death representative to notify such beneficiaries of the wrongful death representative’s appointment.
Every person for whose benefit an action for wrongful death is brought may prove his or her respective damages, and the court or jury may award such person that amount of damages to which it considers the person entitled, including damages for loss of probable future companionship, society, and comfort in accordance with Wyoming law.
Please take further notice that any persons intending to make a claim for the wrongful death of Michael L. Eaton are requested to notify the attorneys for the wrongful death estate: BAILEY|STOCK|HARMON|COTTAM|LOPEZ LLP, 6234 Yellowstone Road, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82009, on or before 30 days from the date of first publication of this Notice. If notification is not made, no claim will be presented to any court or in any settlement negotiations. The publication of this Notice is not to be construed as an admission that any claimant has a proper claim.
