NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The TOWN OF LUSK, Wyoming, will conduct a public meeting at 6:00 p.m., local time, on July 30, 2020 in the Lusk Town Hall Council Chambers, 201 E. Third Street.
The purpose of the meeting is to allow citizens to review and comment on the following project(s). TOWN OF LUSK PHASE 1 STREET AND UTILITY REPLACEMENT PROJECT.
At the meeting, the Town of Lusk will present the preliminary design of the proposed project and will
discuss the estimated costs of the Phase 1 improvements and the plan for funding the improvements. A
preliminary plan of improvements, cost estimates, and the funding plan can also be reviewed at Town of

Based on current Phase 1 cost estimates, the Town of Lusk plans to borrow $2,860,000 from the
Wyoming Clean Water and $3,060,000 from the Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund administered
by the Wyoming Office of State Lands and Investments. The pending 6th penny sales tax along with
Increased user fees will repay the loan. The average rate increase is estimated to be $20.00 month per
user to repay the loan provided the 6th penny tax is approved. Loan terms will be 2.5% interest rate and
30 years.
