The Niobrara County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, April 21st, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. in the Commissioners' Room of the Niobrara County Courthouse for the purpose of seeking public comment on a Change of Zoning application filed with the Niobrara County Planning and Zoning Commission by Michael V. Miller.
Said application is to change the classifications on a parcel of land located in T36N, T63W, Section 25, Tract of the SWNE (6.82 acres) on Hwy 85 from agriculture to industrial.
Written comments pertaining to these proposed Changes of Zoning may be sent to the Niobrara County Commissioners, PO Box 1238, Lusk, WY 82225 prior to the date of the hearing.
