NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF WRONGFUL DEATH REPRESENTATIVE FOR PURSUING WRONGFUL DEATH ACTION PURSUANT TO WYO. STAT. § 1-38-103
AND NOTICE TO POTENTIAL CLAIMANTS
NOTICE TO ALL PERSONS CLAIMING TO QUALIFY AS A WRONGFUL DEATH REPRESENTATIVE OR CLAIMING TO HAVE WRONGFUL DEATH DAMAGES

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 25th day of March, 2020, an action to appoint Anisha Chinwalla as the Wrongful Death Representative for Juzer Chinwalla, decedent, was instituted in the above-named Court. Any other person claiming to qualify as a wrongful death representative under Wyo. Stat. § 1-38-104(a) may intervene as a matter of right, and such person(s) shall notify the undersigned in writing by certified mail, return receipt requested no later than May 5, 2020. Any person believing they have a claim for wrongful death damages shall notify the undersigned in writing, by certified mail, return receipt requested by no later than May 5, 2020.
