PUBLIC NOTICE

The third and final reading of Ordinance No. 11-25-120 will be read at the Council meeting Tuesday October 1, 2019. The meeting will start at 5:00 p.m. and is held at Town Hall, 201 E. Third Street, in the Council Chambers. The Ordinance is as follows:
ORDINANCE NO. 11-25-120
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING EXISTING ORDINANCE NO. 11-25-120, WHICH ESTABLISHES AMENDED ELECTRIC RATES TO CONSUMERS OF ELECTRICITY FROM THE TOWN OF LUSK.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE TOWN OF LUSK, WYOMING:
SECTION ONE:    That Ordinance 11-25-120 of the “Municipal Code of Lusk”, as amended, is further amended and adopted to read as follows:
    11-25-120.    Effective Rates:    The following rates are in effect until such time as the same are amended by the Governing Body of the Town of Lusk:
(a)    Residential Uses:    
    Monthly Rate Schedule:

    Customer Charge - $12.00
plus:
    Energy Charge - $.107/KWH
    Minimum Bill = The customer charge
(b)    Commercial Uses:
    Monthly Rate Schedule:
    Customer Charge Per Month
    Single-Phase Accounts - $14.00
    Three-Phase Accounts - $27.00
plus:
    Energy Charge per month- $.107/KWH
    Minimum Monthly Bill = The customer charge.
(c)    Special Rate:
As set by Governing Body on a case by case basis.
(d)    All Energy Charges will increase by 1.5% per year hereafter without necessity of amending this Ordinance unless other changes are requested by the governing body.
