TO:    ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE
You are hereby notified that on the 9th day of September, 2019, a Petition for Summary Procedure for Distribution of Real Property was filed in the above-named court by the distributee of said decedent.  That there will be no administration of said estate and petitioner seeks to enter a decree establishing the right and title to real property.  That said decree shall be presented to the Court on or about November 4, 2019 at 9:00 a.m.
