NOTICE is hereby given that Karen K. Jassman intends to make application for a Treasurer’s Deed to the following described property, to-wit:
West four feet (4’) of Lot 8, and Lots 9 through 10, Block 14, Original Town of Lusk, Niobrara County, Wyoming
The applicant purchased the property at a tax sale held on the 11th day of August, 2015, for delinquent taxes, penalty and interest for the year 2014. The property was taxed in the name of Mary E. Scott, % Liza Hawley, PO Box 380, Douglas, WY 82633. The period of redemption expires on December 6, 2019. An Application for a Treasurer’s Deed will be made on the 9th day of December, 2019. There is no party in actual occupancy or possession of the property, and no person in whose name the property was taxed or assessed can be found in Niobrara County, Wyoming.
