NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR
ADMISSION OF FOREIGN PROBATE
PROCEEDINGS TO PROBATE IN THE
STATE OF WYOMING

ALL CREDITORS and others interested in the Estate of MONTY D. LEE, deceased, take notice that a Petition, together with the required certified copies of proceedings showing that the estate of said deceased has been completed in the County Court of the State of Nebraska in and for the County of Seward, Case No. PR-15-69, have been filed by BENJAMIN S. KIRVEN, attorney for the Petitioner, in the District Court of Niobrara County, Wyoming, praying to have said probate proceedings from said County Court of the State of Nebraska in and for the County of Seward, Case No. PR-15-69, admitted to probate within the State of Wyoming, and said Petition having been set for hearing on the 9th day of September, 2019, at the hour of 8:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the District Courtroom of the Niobrara County Courthouse, Lusk, Wyoming, when and where any person interested in said estate may appear and contest the same.  Said probate proceedings will affect title to the following-described minerals:
One-third (1/3) undivided mineral interest in and to the oil, gas, and other minerals in and under land situate in Niobrara County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
