The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) proposes to construct a 100-foot self-supporting lattice (105-foot overall height with appurtenances) telecommunications structure. The tower would be located off of Off South Pine Street, Lusk, Niobrara County, Wyoming. The project site is located approximately 1,050 feet northwest of the South Pine Street and West Second Street intersection at latitude 42° 45’ 52.4”N and longitude 104° 27’ 25.6”W. The tower will not be lit. WYDOT invites any comments related to the proposed undertaking. Per FCC regulations we are also inviting comments on any proposed impacts the tower may have on any districts, sites, buildings, structures or objects significant in American history, archaeology, engineering or culture that are listed or determined eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
