Pursuant to the Wyoming Weed and Pest Control Act (Title 11, Chapter 5), notice is hereby given to solicit nominations for appointments to the District Board of Directors of the Niobrara County Weed & Pest District in Areas III and V.
Appointments shall be made at a regular County Commissioner meeting being held on January 8, 2019.
Prior to appointment, the nominee for Director shall submit a petition signed by a minimum of ten (10) landowners of Niobrara County to the office of the County Commissioners at least five (5) days before the date of the meeting.
Petitions and relevant laws can be obtained from the Weed & Pest office.
