CODY – Jordan Lee Jackson, 25, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Cody on Jan. 2, 2023.

Jordan Lee Jackson was born in Torrington on Aug. 28, 1997 to Corey and Brenda Jackson. Jordan had a love for music that was passed from his dad and uncles who played for family and friends every chance they had. Jordan followed his passion for playing guitar like his dad and became a member of the band, Day x Day, and travelled with his friends entertaining crowds around the country. Jordan’s other passion was sports. He played basketball and football while in school for the Lusk Tigers and Greybull Buffs. He traveled with the AAU basketball team across the states one summer and was chosen to play in the shrine bowl his senior year of high school.

After graduation Jordan went on to touch so many lives with his big smile, contagious laugh, huge heart and amazing talents. Jordan made friends everywhere he went. Jordan lived a full life filled with love and memories. He was employed with Bear Co. Tire, which he loved and considered family.

Jordan was preceded in death by his father Corey Jackson, Grandmother Celia Jackson, and Uncle Randy Jackson.

Jordan is survived by his mother, Brenda (Shannon) Armstrong, brothers, Zakary Lenhart, Kaydan Jackson, Skylar Jackson, Grandparents Rex and Sue Asselin, George Jackson, Aunt Deanna (Jesse) Cheney, Uncles Craig Jackson, Eric (Kate) Jackson, Ryan Jackson, Aunt Lyndsay Jackson, Cousins Ty and Tait Larson, Tanner Cheney, Shaylee, Reagan, Ridley, Emily and Livia Jackson and many more loving family members and friends.

All are welcome to attend the services on Thursday, Jan. 12, 2023 at the Greybull Presbyterian Church. The viewing will begin at 11am and services will follow starting at 1pm. Burial to follow at the Donald J Ruhl Memorial Cemetery. There will be a gathering along with lunch following the services at the Los Gabanes Community Center.
