NOTICE OF HEARING IN FINAL REPORT, ACCOUNTING, AND
PETITION FOR DISTRIBUTION
To all persons interested in the Estate of Jay A. Ebbert, deceased, take notice that the undersigned attorney for the estate did, on the2nd day of March, 2017, file in the Office of the Clerk of the District Court, Eighth Judicial District in Niobrara County, Wyoming, his Final Account and Petition for Distribution of the estate. Upon examination of the account and petition, you may file objections thereto in writing with the Clerk at any time on or before the 29th day of March, 2017.
If no objections are filed thereto, the Personal Representative will make final settlement of the estate at the Hearing for Final Account and Petition for Distribution on the 3rd day of April, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at the Niobrara County Courthouse, Lusk, Wyoming, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard.
