Tiger Golf Team finishes Fall season at state tournament

The Tiger Golf Team finished their Fall season at the 2A State Tournament in Gillette. Friday the weather was not a factor and although the Tigers weren't favored to win a trophy the boys team found themselves in a very tight battle not only for a trophy but they were battling for a chance at winning a State Championship.

Lady Tigers stumble into Conference play despite injuries

While their nonconference record of 10-4 was impressive, the NCHS volleyball team had a couple of major drawbacks to open 2A Southeast Conference play. Junior Amanda Smith injured her foot during practice earlier in the week, and is in a boot for two weeks. NCHS volleyballers improve to 10-4

Despite a three set loss in Lingle Friday night, the Lady Tigers rebounded to win three of four matches at the home tournament on Saturday. It was a good weekend for NCHS as tournaments are set aside and conference play begins for most of the 2A schools this week.

Golf team completes regular season

The Tiger Golf Team completed their regular season at the Lusk Invitational this weekend. The boys team finished in fifth place in the tightly contested tournament. Just 35 strokes separated Upton-Newcastle, the second place team, from Lusk who finished with a team total of 814 with consistent team scores of 407 each day. Sundance-Hulett won the Boys

Rocky Mountain hands Tigers loss
