Tiger Wresters have long weekend

The Lusk Tiger wrestling team had a long weekend full of tough competition. Thursday the tigers competed in the Glenrock duals where they had five matches. Those that wrestled where Stevie Mellott (120), Brady Thurston (132), Jathan Nelson (138), Zack Stephens (145), and Colby Thurston (195). Colby Thurston won his match by a pin.

Friday and Saturday the tigers had tough competition competing in the Belle Fourche Tournament. The tigers had seven wrestlers competing. Stevie Mellott (120) with a record of 1-2, Brady Thurston (138) with a record of 1-2, Carson Wurdeman (138) with a record of 0-2, Dakota Clark (145) with a record of 0-2, and Tucker Stephens with a record of 0-2. Wrestlers that placed were Colby Thurston (195) with a record of 3-1 placing fifth and Jathan Nelson (132) with a record of 3-1 placing sixth.

Look for the wrestlers at the Southeast Duals Saturday, February 2.
