It has been said that a failure to plan is a plan for failure. This aphorism holds true not only for individuals, but for entire municipal water sources as well. So, it was certainly good news when the Wyoming Water Development Commission (WWDC) approved a $200,000 grant for a master plan study of Lusk’s water system.
Lusk Public Works Director Todd Skrukrud learned of this pleasant development while attending a meeting of the WWDC on Thursday, Nov. 8., and the money comes at a opportune time. Skrukrud said that the town has been due for another master plan.
