Rollover crash claims man’s life

A rollover crash claimed the life of a Niobrara County man on Wednesday night.

Colten Bruegger, 21, died at the scene of the crash, according to Niobrara County Coroner Lisa Mellott. Bruegger lived in the Lance Creek area.

The crash occurred on Cow Creek Road near the intersection of Lance Creek Road, and two other people, whose names have not been released, were injured. The injured were transported away from the scene; one by helicopter and a second by ambulance.

Mellott said the crash remains under investigation as of press time.
