Tiger Wrestlers have good weekend at Carbon County

The Lusk Tiger wrestling team had a good weekend at the Carbon County Tournament. Although the team didn’t place because of their small numbers as individuals they wrestled well and brought home wins.

Bryce Sturman (138) placed 2nd with a record of 3-1. Colby Thurston (195) placed 2nd with a record of 2-1. Zane Hladky (182) placed fourth with a record of 1-2. Tucker Stephens placed 2nd with a record of 1-2.

Other wrestlers that attended the tournament were Stevie Mellott (120), Carson Wurdeman (145), and Ian Zerbe (152). The Tiger wrestling team and parents would like to thank Barb Rapp for driving the team home safely through the terrible weather.

They would also like thank the Wyoming Highway Department for plowing the roads to help the team get home safely. Look for the wrestlers this weekend at Regional Wrestling in Wright.
