Norma Jean Clark June 17, 1929 - February 10, 2010

Funeral services for Norma Jean Clark 80, were held at 1:30pm Monday, Feb. 15, 2010 at the Lingle Community Presbyterian Church with Reverend Curtis Hill officiating. Burial followed in the Hillcrest Cemetery. Norma died Feb. 10, 2010 at Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff, Neb. Memorials have been established to the church or the Lingle Rescue Unit. Visitation was held Sunday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Colyer Funeral Home and the casket will be closed at the service.

Norma was born June 17, 1929 in Lingle, Wyo. the daughter of James and Alice (Cooper) Rose. She grew up and received her education in Lingle graduating high school there in 1947. She then attended business school in

Denver, Colo. for twelve months. She married Leo Clark on June 18, 1951 in Torrington, Wyo. They farmed and ranched south and west of Lingle. They were blessed with six girls.Norma enjoyed activities with her children and grandchildren, loved horses, and enjoyed sewing and knitting. She was a member of the Lingle

Community Presbyterian Church, the Plain View Club, a past member of the Lingle Christmas Club, and served on FHA and Conservation Boards.

Norma is survived by six daughters, Merrijane (Ken) Morgheim, Peggy (Dave) Holmstrand, and Barb Clark all of Torrington, Wyo.; Liz Kaltenheuser of Lusk, Wyo.; Catherine (Francisco) Estrada of Ft. Stockton, Texas; and Marg Clark of Gering, Neb.; five grandchildren, Kris (Haynie) Morgheim, Joe Morgheim, Geoff Morgheim, Travis Kaltenheuser, and Kate (Darek) Farmer; one great grandson Beau Morgheim; nieces, nephews, extended family, and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Leo; two brothers, Richard and Clifford Rose; two sisters, Dorothy Whitehead and Thelma Whistler; and a son-in-law Craighton Kaltenheuser.
