Posted: Wednesday, Jan 29th, 2014

Cast members from ďSoapy Smithís Christmas WishĒ, a part of ďA Christmas to RememberĒ production are left to right Vanya Barnsdale, Brytne Greenough, Gayle Johnson, Carmen Boussu, and Jim Tangney.

Iíve always loved theatre. Whether itís a high school play or a hit Broadway show, it has always been magical for me. Iíve often wondered, as I sat in a theater audience, what it would be like to be up on the stage. Other than a part in a high school musical 35 years ago, (yikes!) I recently had my first experience being up on the stage as an actor rather than in the audience as a spectator. The Silver Cliff Theatre Company (SCTC) held auditions last Fall for the show we did in December, ďA Christmas to RememberĒ, and I got a part! I was excited to be involved in the upcoming show, but I really had no idea how much fun I was going to have, how much work was involved or what an amazing experience it was going to be.

Randy didnít come here to do theatre.
